Owner & Master Stylist
Erica has owned Hair crafters since 2006. As a stylist for the past 25 years she has a keen eye for color, aesthetics, and details. One of Erica's passions behind the chair is creating up-styles, making her client feel extra beautiful for a special event.
Erica has been an Artistic Educator for both Moroccanoil and Matrix and has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge. She has traveled with the education teams of both companies motivating and inspiring stylists.
Erica's family is her world. She has a teenage daughter, a loving and supporting husband and an abundance of extended family who she loves to spend time with. She strives to be a better mother, wife, stylist, educator, and business woman every day.

SASHA MARTINEAU
Master Stylist & Salon Manager
Sasha found her home at Hair Crafters in 2014. Starting out in 2010 Sasha focused specifically on training and education in hair color. Today she has found her passion in all aspects of doing hair. Sasha pays meticulous attention to detail when it comes to her clients hair, enjoying the process of achieving the final finished look.
Sasha is proud of all she has accomplished, and is thrilled to be working as a full-time stylist and salon manager. She is inspired by the cutting-edge nature of the hair industry and is determined to continue to grow as a dynamic stylist.

HEATHER BROWN
Master Stylist
Heather Brown has been a hairstylist for 39 years. Originally from Maine, she moved to Massachusetts in 1990. She started cosmetology school in 1985 after attending the University of Maine/Orono for a year. She worked for about 5 years in Maine before moving to Massachusetts. She was a hairstylist in Boston, Chelsea, Saugus, Salem, and Danvers, meeting people and honing her skills as an artist. She worked behind the chair, while also working as a manager and an educator. She then came to Haircrafters almost 18 years ago. She has been able to learn from the stylists that she has had the privilege of working with over the years.
This business is fluid and ever-changing, and because of this, we have to be willing to grow and change with it. Her clients are what keeps her wanting to learn more and keep growing, both professionally and personally. She is really looking forward to working with each and every one of you to create a more beautiful you, and she invites all of you to come in and see what Hair Crafters is all about.
VANESSA THISTLEWOOD
Level 5 Stylist
Vanessa graduated from Masconomet Regional High School in 2005 and continued to pursue her career by attending New England Hair Academy where she received her cosmetology license in 2006.
Vanessa has been working at Hair Crafters since 2012 where she continues to strengthen her skills with classes and by exploring new trends and styles. Vanessa is very creative and enjoys coloring techniques with fashion colors and highlights. Another of Vanessa's areas of expertise is in creating up-styles for special events.
Vanessa has a family who means the world to her and each day she strives to be the best stylist, wife, mother, and friend that she can be.

DANIELLE MCARTHY
Level 4 Aesthetician
Danielle has been working at Hair Crafters for five years. As an aesthetician she specializes in aesthetics, bombshell waxing, lash extensions and spray tanning. Danielle holds multiple certifications for dermaplaning, speed waxing, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination and chemical peels along with over 600 hours of aesthetics training.
Danielle is constantly pursuing more education and new ways to serve her clients and give them the best results possible. She is passionate about her job and finds that making her clients look and feel beautiful is extremely gratifying. She takes classes in not only skills, but also beauty lines and product ingredients to stay on top of her field. She is always there if you have a question or concern and will always research the proper answers for you and get you the products that you need.
Danielle lives in Amesbury with her fiancé and six amazing kids. She enjoys spending time with the family and their good boy, Brutus.

Ava has been a stylist since 2021 and is passionate about delivering the best results while making every client feel comfortable, heard and cared for. She excels in unique haircuts and creative color, bringing the fun, funky vibe you're looking for.
Ava's specialties include color, braids, lived in color, fantasy color and perms.
