Erica has owned Hair crafters since 2006. With almost 30 years in the industry, she has a keen eye for color, aesthetics, and details. One of Erica's passions behind the chair is creating up-styles, making her client feel extra beautiful for a special event. 

Erica has been an Artistic Educator for both Moroccanoil and Matrix and has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge. She has traveled with the education teams of both companies motivating and inspiring stylists. 

Erica's family is her world. She has a teenage daughter, a loving and supporting husband and an abundance of extended family who she loves to spend time with. She strives to be a better mother, wife, stylist, educator, and business woman every day.

Master Stylist & Salon Manager

Sasha found her home at Hair Crafters in 2014. Starting out in 2010 Sasha focused specifically on training and education in hair color. Today she has found her passion in all aspects of doing hair. Sasha pays meticulous attention to detail when it comes to her clients hair, enjoying the process of achieving the final finished look. 

Sasha is proud of all she has accomplished, and is thrilled to be working as a full-time stylist and salon manager. She is inspired by the cutting-edge nature of the hair industry and is determined to continue to grow as a dynamic stylist.

DANIELLE MCARTHY

Master Aesthetician

Danielle has been working at Hair Crafters for five years. As an aesthetician she specializes in aesthetics, bombshell waxing, lash extensions and spray tanning.  Danielle holds multiple certifications for dermaplaning, speed waxing, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination and chemical peels along with over 600 hours of aesthetics training. 

Danielle is constantly pursuing more education and new ways to serve her clients and give them the best results possible. She is passionate about her job and finds that making her clients look and feel beautiful is extremely gratifying. She takes classes in not only skills, but also beauty lines and product ingredients to stay on top of her field. She is always there if you have a question or concern and will always research the proper answers for you and get you the products that you need.

Danielle lives in Amesbury with her fiancé and six amazing kids. She enjoys spending time with the family and their good boy, Brutus.

 AVA HALEY

Level 4 Stylist

Ava has been a stylist since 2021 and is passionate about delivering the best results while making every client feel comfortable, heard and cared for. She excels in unique haircuts and creative color, bringing the fun, funky vibe you're looking for.

Ava's specialties include color, braids, lived in color, fantasy color and perms.

NATALIE SYLVANWICZ

Level 3 Stylist

Natalie is a licensed cosmetologist with 6 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in creating beautiful, effortless hair that feels personalized to each client. Her specialties include lived-in blondes, dimensional color, highlights, balayage, customized haircuts, soft layers, and bouncy, polished blowouts.

Natalie has a passion for creating dimensional, low-maintenance color that grows out beautifully and complements each client’s natural features. Whether she’s creating a fresh blonde, adding depth and dimension to brunette hair, refreshing an existing color, or giving a client the perfect cut and blowout, she loves helping her clients feel confident in their hair.

In the salon, Natalie focuses on creating a relaxed and welcoming experience while taking the time to understand each client’s hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. She believes great hair should not only look beautiful when you leave the salon, but should also feel manageable and effortless between appointments.

OLIVIA ANDERSON

Level 2 Nail Technician

Olivia is a Level 2 Nail Technician who graduated from New England Hair Academy in December 2025. Her passion for beauty began at a young age, growing up at Hair Crafters surrounded by the women who inspired her most—her aunt, Erica, her grandmother, Beth, and her mother, Heidi.

With a genuine love for nails, beauty, and creativity, Olivia especially enjoys nail art and using nails as a form of self-expression. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every client and building meaningful relationships along the way. Outside of the salon, Olivia is a college student pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She is excited to continue growing her skills, creativity, and career in the beauty industry while bringing her own unique style to every set she creates.

ISABEL LUZ

Level 1 Hair Stylist & Level 1 Nail Technician

Isabel has been part of the Hair Crafters family for a year now, and two years of experience. She is in college getting her business degree both in marketing and entrepreneurship, as well as an associate degree in psychology and society. She is passionate about nail art, hair color, and making her clients feel comfortable and happier than when they walked through the door.
